Fire Fighting Engineering: The Biggest Enemy of building is fire. Particularly in metropolitan and dense cities like, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore etc. Challenges will remain in high rise building. Where building are within close proximity of in each other or even sharing a common wall, the chance of fire spreading from building to building increases. Building equipped with automatic sprinklers help in extinguishing the fire before fire fighters arrive. Fully sprinklered Buildings are safer. Fire Alarm Engineering: To guard against the building’s biggest enemy fire, the fire alarm system automatically calls the fire department upon sensing smoke. We design the fire alarm systems including the various devices and sensors that feed into the fire alarm control panel. If the building is also sprinklered, the fire alarm system will integrate with the sprinkler system to call the fire department upon sensing sprinkler water flow.

We model the entire building with all its systems by Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. With the help of BIM we can quantify all services like Piping, Lighting etc. and we can estimate energy cost of using different windows, walls, roofs, HVAC systems and lighting systems.
Energy Modelling provides insight into how your building uses energy. We model the entire building with all its systems. This allows us to run multiple scenarios to balance the lowest constructions cost with the lowest annual energy cost. The estimated energy cost of using different windows, walls, roofs, HVAC systems, lighting systems and plumbing systems all can be quantified.
Energy Modelling is required for Green Building certification. We model buildings in accordance with all LEED/GRIHA and ASHRAE procedures. We can model new or existing buildings.
We also undertake pan-India Topographical Surveys or land surveys across all kinds of terrains and Geotechnical Investigation in collaboration with our partner agencies.
